Description
At this years Inspirefest Fringe you can enjoy world-class live music, leading research, international theatre premiers, and interactive sci-tech art exhibitions. All Inspirefest Fringe proceeds go to Focus Ireland and Fighting Blindness.

6pm - 10pm EXPO Tent: Enjoy an array of interactive STEAM (show & tell style) exhibitions by organisations and leading research institutions, funded by Irish Research Council and Science Foundation Ireland. Including, AMBER Centre, RCSI, Accenture Women on Walls, IPIC, LERO, Idiophone, UCC, plus more.

7pm - ResearchFest: 8 researchers battle to inspire the judges and the audience. Researchers have just 3 minutes to communcate their research with no visual aids. The winner recieves world-class communications coaching from SNP Communications, a profile on Siliconrepublic.com and a yet-to-be-revealed surprise prize.

8pm - Black Virgins are not for Hipsters: Echo Brown brings her award winning critically-acclaimed solo theatre show to the Fringe.

9pm - Wyvern Lingo: Fresh from supporting Hozier as special guests on his sold-out UK tour, Wyvern Lingo will take the stage on the first night of the festival, marking the trio’s return to the Inspirefest Fringe after a great performance last year.

8pm - Ada.Ada.Ada: Zoe Philpott is set to deliver a powerful performance in Ada.Ada.Ada – an ode to Ada Lovelace. In this solo theatre performance Zoe wears a 4,400 interactive LED dress operated by programmable gloves.

9pm - Lisa Hannigan: Legendary, award-winning Irish singer-songwriter Lisa Hannigan will close the event with a highly-anticipated set.
