Description

The Institute of Archaeologists of Ireland are pleased to announce that the 2017 IAI Conference will be held in Dublin on March 31th and April 1st. This year’s Conference features themed sessions exploring Community Archaeology, Prehistoric Archaeology, Medieval and Historical Archaeology.

The Keynote Address will be delivered by Dr Meriel McClatchie of UCD. Dr McClatchie will present her latest research in Environmental Archaeology on Food ‘facts’: new findings and emerging challenges in the investigation of ancient foodways.
