Description
IP in Cleantech – What Investors are Looking For
Companies from Start-ups to Multinational Corporations often face unique intellectual property (IP) challenges. A badly planned or executed IP Strategy can lead to a loss of confidence in the personnel and business plan behind the IP, creating uncertainty around the potential return on investment in their IP and jeopardising the ultimate investment.
In the March edition of The Green Way 2014 Cleantech Connects Series, this interactive seminar will be led by J A Kemp (Patent and Trade Mark specialists of London, Oxford and Munich) using real examples and case studies that will address;
· Assessing the importance of IP protection from an investor's viewpoint
· Optimising your chances of securing investment by building a robust IP strategy
· Avoiding common pitfalls when investors review your IP
· Strategies to protect the commercial value of a company's technology
· Discussion of any of your own IP issues that you wish to raise
