IOM is commemorating its 20th anniversary in Ireland. As part of the celebratory activities, and in partnership with AkiDwa who is also turning 20 years, we are are pleased to present this panel discussion to mark International Women’s Day.

This year's theme for International Women's Day is “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world.” The theme celebrates the tremendous efforts by women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

This panel discussion with key women Ambassadors accredited to Ireland as well as key Irish women leaders will emphasise the crucial role of migrant female leaders in Ireland and their critical and effective participation in decision-making in all areas of life.
