Intro to Laser Cutting

Our Equipment Introductions consist of short courses, that will get you started using Fab Lab equipment. These are introductory courses. No previous experience is required.

Laser Cutting

Learn to make your own designs in plastic, textile, paper, cardboard, timber quickly and accurately, with our professional Trotec Laser Engraver. Learn how to prepare your own designs, the wide variety of materials possible, safe operation of the machine.

Bring along a notebook, or a laptop if you wish. If you have an idea of something you'd like to test or to make, let us know. If there is time, we may be able to try it!

Details

Dates and Times: This course is on Saturday, Jan 31st from 11am. The course will take approx. 1hr 30 mins.

Pricing: Workshops are €20 for students or €35 for adults.

Restrictions: Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult.

Note: There are concessions available if you have done the 3D Printing and CNC tutorial already. Email us (fablab@saulstudio.ie) if you would like to avail of this.
