Dates: August 20th & 21st, 2022 (Saturday & Sunday)
This course is an introduction to Analogue Photography using 35mm film cameras. During the class you will learn how to use the manual settings of a SLR camera this will include aperture, shutter and ISO speeds and also their affect on exposure and creativity within the image.
You will then learn to take a meter reading and how to load your film into the camera.
After lunch, we will go on a guided Photowalk, looking at different perspectives in ways to capture a good image, you will then come back and develop your film
2nd Day
Make a contact print from your negatives and learn how to make a print.
The Darkroom will provide all material which includes: film and photographic paper for the duration of this course and can supply 35mm SLR cameras for you to use in the course.
Time: 10.30am – 4.30pm (both days)
