Are you new to yoga and wish to explore the beauty of movement with breath?
This Introduction to Yoga Workshop invites you to hop on the mat and discover all you need to know for the foundations of yoga. A perfect day to explore grounding, alignment, postures and the breath. Creating a strong foundation allows you to deepen your practice and reap the benefits of each posture as you allow the breath to guide you. Start as you mean to go on with great foundational knowledge form the get go.
All levels welcome - movement uniquely tailored to all body types, ages etc
We have a light lunch included on the day as an opportunity to connect with others during the workshop.
