About this Event

Keltie is an intellectual property firm based in Europe but with a global reach and specialise in IP law and management. The team includes patent, trade mark and design attorneys who work on every technology and in all commercial fields.

Sean Cummings is a European patent, trade mark and design attorney with more than thirty years of experience in the intellectual property business. He is a Partner in the leading European IP firm Keltie LLP and Director of the firm’s Irish subsidiary, Keltie Limited, which he established in Galway in 2016. Sean works with clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals across a wide range of technologies and commercial fields. He helps businesses to use IP to propel their growth and profitability. Recognising the asset value of IP, Sean particularly enjoys acting for investors and applying that experience to help companies seeking to attract investment.

In this webinar presentation, Sean will explain why IP matters. He will use case studies to outline various types of IP and to describe their interaction.
