Description

On the 17th November, Maurice Mc Geehan, Executive Chef at Airbnb, Niall Hill, Food Consultant & former Head of Food at Butler’s Pantry, Jonathan Keane, Executive Chef in The Lodge at Ashford Castle and Wildes Restaurant and Erik Van der Veken, Cacao Barry ambassador UK & Ireland & Technical advisor at Redmond Fine Foods will be working together, using local Irish produce, to create a 4 course menu celebrating Irish food and supporting The Ronald McDonald House Charity (https://rmhc.ie/events/chefs-for-rmhc/).

100 guests will enjoy Irish drinks paired with each dish, live entertainment and will have the chance to know a few of the producers who are supporting the event and a couple of The Ronald McDonald House families and staff, who will be invited to tell their stories during the evening.

The fundraising dinner will take place at the Airbnb's Warehouse Office, Dublin 2 on Saturday, 17th November 2018, at 7pm. As spaces are very limited, a fundraising page (www.idonate.ie/ChefsForRMHC) will be accepting donations until the 30th November 2018 and all proceeds will go to the charity.

Live entertainment and an autcion will also be entertaining the guests.

40 day dry aged beef tartar - paired with Boyne Brewhouse Beer

Smoked salt cured egg yolk, Fermented mushroom crumble, Heritage potato terrine, pickled autumn flowers
