About this event
The second in our Christmas Series we are doing an afternoon of Aperitivo Making. We are drifting away from the usual wine tasting experience and focusing more on how to prepare simple cocktails that are easy to prepare for guests coming over for any festive occassion. All classic Italian aperitifs prepared simply but very delicious.
Guided by Luca you will create 6 different Italian Classics:
- Prosecco & Elderflower - a simple way to get creative with Prosecco.
- Spritz - a timeless Italian classic.
- Sweet Spritz - A lighter sweeter alternative
- Vermouth & Tonic - A low alcohol cocktail
- Negroni - a classic that is often misunderstood.
- Sambuca - bringing it out of the club and in front of the fire on a winter's evening
- and a few extras on the night!
