Event description

Description

The iTIDE research team are delighted to announce that the launch of the iTIDE Project will take place on 28th June, 2017, at Lecture Theatre D in the Rose Bowl, Leeds Beckett University, UK.

The iTIDE Project is a European Commission funded project led by Leeds Beckett University, in collaboration with partners from five other European countries, which aims to address the deficit in including learners with SEN at all levels of education according to their potential. The project achieves this by making available outstanding open access, practice-leading training materials on Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) to spread accessible, accredited, vocational learning to these groups within EU states and beyond.

The conference will showcase the iTIDE training materials, the methodology used to develop this unique programme, and will feature presentations from each partner country, sharing good practice in SEND education across Europe.

You can find out more about the iTIDE project on the website here.
