About this event

Ideas, strategies and easy to use resources for CBA 1 (Local or Family History) based on two years of experience doing these in practice with students, looking at the NCCA exemplars and drawing from a range of teachers' experiences in different classroom settings.

Presenter: Gregg O’Neill

Gregg O’Neill is a History and Classics teacher with over ten years of experience in Christian Brothers' College, Monkstown. He has presented many seminars and workshops on all aspects of the Junior and Senior Cycle for the History Teachers' Association of Ireland. He is the co-author of three textbooks for Educate.ie; Artefact and ACE History for Junior Cycle and The Making of Europe and the Wider World for Leaving Certificate.
