We all will face different challenges as we go through life and sometimes it can be hard to track our thoughts or figure out where we are heading.
Journaling is an excellent tool for tracking your thoughts and keeping you grounded. In this workshop we will look at the real value of journaling, different types of journaling and how it can support your mental health and wellbeing
