JULY - VISIT THE GARDENS AT LISMORE CASTLE & LISMORE CASTLE ARTS

We are delighted to welcome visitors to the Gardens at Lismore Castle and Lismore Castle Arts for 2022 season. Please note the entrance to the Gardens is via the Green Road.

The Gardens at Lismore Castle encompass ten acres, including The Reilig Garden, which opened to visitors in 2021 and houses a swimming pool built by Adele Astaire and one of the oldest Sitka Spruce in Ireland.

Lismore Castle Arts is a contemporary gallery located in a renovated wing of Lismore Castle. We are delighted to announce that the main exhibition at Lismore Castle Arts for 2022 , girls girls girls, is curated by celebrated Irish fashion designer Simone Rocha. The exhibition looks at the female gaze from multiple viewpoints, celebrating a diverse range of approaches in an exhibition centering on female practices.

Opening hours for the Gardens and Gallery: 10.30am - 5.30pm (last entry 4.30pm).

• Entrance is via a new gate. Please park at the town car park and follow the signs on foot.

• The Gallery café and bathrooms are located on site.

• Lismore Castle is a private home and is not open to visitors.

• Dogs are welcome in the Gardens but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Admission Prices:

• Adult: €9.00

• Concessions (Seniors, Students): €7.50

• Child: €6.50

• Family Ticket (2 adults & 3 children): €25.00
