About this event

While enjoying the beautiful scenery along either of the two routes, you will be helping us to raise much needed funds to continue our listening support service. Cyclists of all abilities can join us on Saturday 13th August 2022, where there will be 2 routes available.

A Leisure Route (75km, Tralee to Annascaul in blue below) and a Challenge Route (125km, Tralee to Dingle via Conor Pass in red below).

Start time

The event starts (09:00) and ends at John Mitchell’s GAA Complex, with a BBQ for all cyclists to celebrate their achievement when they return.

Food stops

Refreshments will be served at our two food stops, Inch and Dingle.

Full backup services (technical and medical) will be available across both routes.

Cycle Safety

Our event is a leisure cycle not a race and it takes place on open roads. It is of paramount importance that cyclists obey the rules of the road at all times showing courtesy and consideration for other road users and riding in a manner that is safe to themselves and others.

All cyclists participate at their own risk and they must rely on their own ability in dealing with all hazards. We kindly ask that you please obey the instructions of marshals and support staff at all times.

All participants should have a level of fitness appropriate to their chosen route.

Preparation before the cycle

Prep your bike in advance by checking your tyres and ensuring good working brakes.

Also, please remember to bring a spare tube on the day.
