It's been a while since I've run a Kettlebell Workshop and have been fielding requests for one for most of this year.
So here it is.
This is a one day event, covering Levels 1 and 2 of my workshop syllabus.
Content covered includes:
- Joint Mobility
- The Kettlebell Swing from beginner to advanced practitioner
- Squat - proper technique including interventions, Goblet Squats and more
- Kettlebell Military Press
- Push Press
- Breath control
- Basic training protocols
This is everything you need to know to train safely with a single kettlebell on your own at home, or to tidy up your technique if you have some existing experience.
No experience is necessary to take part in this workshop.
For those with experience this workshop serves as a "pre-qualification" to the following months Kettlebell Instructor Training Course which is a two day event aimed at people looking to teach the kettlebell lifts to their clients.
To qualify for the Kettlebell Instructor Program, you must either attend this workshop (your payment and attendance will be taken as a booking deposit for the full course) or contact us to qualify via video submission.
Upon completion of the days workshop, you will be emailed a PDF copies of the Level 1 & 2 manuals (value of €30) for future reference.
This is the only public kettlebell course I'll be running this year, do not miss it!
