Event description

Description

The camps are non-competitive and designed to help children release and relax. The yoga aspect aims to give children the tools to self-regulate and to be more resilient and all activities are age appropriate and fun. Camp yoga is modified to suit the individual needs of each child and techniques learned in the yoga class help children to adapt in periods of stress or change. With these yoga + art summer camps we aim to engage a child's sense of curiosity and creativity.

There are 3 camps in two locations, one in Oranmore and two at the Claddagh. Classes are designed to get children moving in a happy, healthy and safe way. Class aims are to build mental, emotional and physical well-being, all of which lay the foundation for a lifetime of good health:

  • FUN

  • EDUCATIONAL

  • EMPOWERING

  • CREATIVITY BOOSTING

  • RESPECT
