KINFIRE 2023

The Kinfire festival is for the whole church: every age, situation and ability, from all over Ireland - we are kin because of him. During the festival, we will gather together in worship, under God's word, to be equipped and encouraged to serve Jesus wherever he has placed us. Our passion is to be a festival that celebrates and serves the local church because it is God's chosen means for reaching the lost of this land.

Each evening we will gather for our main celebration and hear from GARY MILLAR, (originally from Ireland, now Principal of Queensland Theological College), as he speaks about the glory and goodness of the local church as the gathered people of God on mission for his great name's sake!

FUN FOR EVERY AGE: We are a festival, not a conference which means serious teaching AND serious craic!

Each day will begin and end gathered together, but throughout the day, there will be seminars, games, excursions or just time to rest and enjoy time with others. (See below for an outline of the schedule)

KIDS: We want Christian parents to come with confidence that their children will be taught and engaged in an age-appropriate way! While the adults are at their seminars, the kids will be in their own age-specific programme, learning what it means for them to follow Jesus and live for him each day.

ACCOMMODATION: All-inclusive onsite accommodation at Kilkeeny college - LIMITED SPACE - Please book early - see below for full details

LIMITED AVAILABILTY: This is our first festival, and we are thankful for your interest. To manage the interest and sign-ups, there will only be limited availability of tickets. We advise booking at your earliest convince. Please contact us directly if tickets are sold out, and we will place you/your church on a waiting list.

ABOUT KINFIRE

Two thousand years ago, a group of women and men gathered in an upstairs room in Jerusalem. They felt uncertain of the future. Then the Holy Spirit fell and ignited a flame that burst out of that upstairs room. That holy fire marked a group of individuals and birthed in them a kinship that has spread across the globe.

Today, we celebrate that we have been made kin across Ireland. We are one family under the Father, saved by Jesus and filled with the Holy Spirit.

That is Kinfire, and this is our Festival.

It's a time for stories and songs ablaze with the Good News. A time to hear of lives saved, redeemed and inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is about becoming captive to the Word of God.

Our festival is about family. But, not just those living in your home, the family of the Father is wider than that. Everyone who calls on the name of Jesus is our kin.

The Kinfire Festival is about Ireland and the Father's love for the lost people of this land. It is a time for being refreshed and uplifted for the mission of Jesus, letting each person in Ireland know that the Father loves them and is calling them home.

This is Kinfire, and this is our Festival.
