Kitchen Lithography

Tutor: Brian Barry

This course offers a beginner friendly alternative to traditional stone and metal plate lithography. Kitchen lithography uses household materials such as tinfoil, and the movement from drawing to printed image is fast and fluid which encourages a carefree approach. This process utilises traditional lithographic drawing materials as well as permanent markers and biros. Participants finish the course having produced a series of prints, using kitchen lithography for small editions or monoprints.

Cork Printmakers reserves the right to cancel any course with insufficient enrolment, and when this occurs any and all prepaid fees will be refunded. Cork Printmakers does not refund fees paid by participants who subsequently cancel their place in a course. Course dates may change in response to Covid-19 restrictions.
