KITCHEN OF HOPE WITH NEVEN MAGUIRE

To earn the title of chef a person must possess the essential attributes to truly be a professional, the traits this person must have include being a great cook, being a leader who can inspire and take control, being an open communicator and being able to remain calm when managing difficult situations. 

The Kitchen of Hope brings an amazing atmosphere to the culinary theatre for one night only. The unforgettable experience for the audience with celebrity chefs helping to bring the art of cooking alive. The culinary journey begins with our host for the evening Grainne Seoige who will introduce our first celebrity chef Neven Maguire. Neven Maguire one of Irelands best loved chefs is fired up to do what he does best, and showcase his talents as he prepares for us 

Beef skewer with Satay sauce with an assortment of tasty dips and a herb pecan nut roast hake so simple and so delicious.

Brought to you from the gardens of Ireland to the Kitchen of Hope all of the team are up for the challenge. We are lucky to have two fantastic chefs from the Bray/Greystones area Charlo and Simon Hudson. The challenge of the evening is to be very efficient with gas and electricity while preparing the meal, two very different menus with helping hands from some other Wicklow locals.We will select four people from the audience to wine and dine on Charlo and Simons superb dishes. It will be an evening full of food, fantastic atmosphere and fun stories from our special guests. When it comes to music and entertainment we have DJ Ger linking up with DJ Neven Maguire and Mark Dowling from Audio Networks who are going to be raising the roof and really getting the party started.

We have our Pastry Hero Paul Kelly from the Merrion Hotel who will be showing us festive chocolate glitter and all things sweet. Paul will show us how he works his magic for all to see as he creates his special effects in the wonderful world of chocolate. The evening will be full of laughter excitement and a showcase of culinary arts for everyone to enjoy it all ties together perfectly to create a special evening.

It is not only these two young men who have made the journey through the serious brain injury but the families also . It is a very testing time for anyone who had this situation brought to their doorstep and it effects all members on the family in one way or another.
