L3+ Development day

For paddlers that have already attained the L3 skills and want to work towards L4 skills. Balto KC is providing a series of development days to prepare paddlers for formal L4 skills training days and eventually assessment.

These days will focus on dynamic paddling techniques, rescue scenarios, trip planning, group communication, equipment, adventure & comfort zone transitions, leadership, critical thinking & decision making, visualisation.

These days will be ran within the capacity of L3 skills paddlers and the focus will be on the theory and concepts to use on formal L4 training and assesments which we will hire instructors / tutors for.
