The Lazarus Heist: Geoff White Book Signing @ Infosec

Following the success of the BBC Podcast ‘The Lazarus Heist’ and the recent launch of his new book on 9th June, we will be offering the opportunity to meet Geoff between 11.30am- 12.30pm on 21st June and again between 11am-12pm on 22nd June. The Lazarus Heist tracks the activities of the Lazarus Group, a shadowy cabal of hackers accused of working on behalf of the North Korean state. They are one of the most effective criminal enterprises on the planet, having stolen more than $1bn in an international crime spree.

Email is still the most popular attack vector for the Lazarus Group, and online crime in general, with Business Email Compromise becoming the biggest cost in terms of fraud according the a recent FBI report. If this is a concern, you will also have the opportunity to speak to experts from Abnormal Security who can explain their innovative approach to this growing challenge.
