TOPIC: LEADERFUL WOMEN, ENGENDERING BALANCE
with Mary Musselbrook, Director Engendering Balance
"In the work of engendering balance, we support people and organisations to take a fresh and progressive approach to leadership - one that gives greater space to a wider range of qualities that are central to the growth and development of organisations - qualities that many women know well."
This session is thought-provoking and affirming – we introduce our approach and we work with the women participants to explore ways of fully utilising and valuing their natural leadership qualities. The session has relevance irrespective of whether or not someone has a formal ‘leader’ role.
This is an interactive, informal and enjoyable session. We will take you through a simple but powerful process that helps you to reflect on your leadership qualities. It will be up to you what you want to share within the wider group and there will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.
The session will be led by Mary Musselbrook of Engendering Balance Ltd, and supported by Kerry Cullen, an experienced coach and facilitator, based in Dublin.
Mary brings a blend of in-company and external consulting experience to her coaching, facilitation and leadership development work. Her earlier career as a business psychologist and L&D consultant and at senior levels within a global drinks business gave her experience across a wide range of sectors and geographies and has influenced her in taking a systemic approach with her clients.
