In May 2024, Sustainable HRM Skillnet launched the Sustainable People Practices Framework, a comprehensive guide designed to empower businesses and improve employees’ working lives, helping them become "net better off." This framework integrates key areas such as employee well-being, continuous learning, fair compensation, and workforce empowerment.
The framework is a forward-thinking model designed to fosters an environment where employees and organisations can thrive together, building a strong and comprehensive foundation for all future business initiatives.
The "Leadership for Future Performance" programme has been carefully designed to align with this framework, supporting businesses in developing an all-encompassing strategy that unifies divisional and departmental plans into one comprehensive approach.
