Leinster Rugby Inclusion Camp Clontarf RFC - Children With Additional Needs

The Clontarf Leinster Rugby Inclusion Camp will provide children and youths with intellectual additional needs age 8 to 18 with three days of rugby on 19th to 21st of July 2022.

The Camp is focussed on adapting rugby to meet the needs of camp-goers to maximise the enjoyment and learning to play the Leinster Way. The Camp is capped at 30 players and will have a high ratio of coaches to players.

The Camp will be held from 10.30am to 12.30pm and will run over three days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday In Clontarf Rugby Club.

Payment is regarded as acceptance of enrolment as outlined below and includes an online processing fee.

Confirmation of bookings will be made via email.

Leinster Rugby has the right to refuse any admssion or to dismiss at any time during the Camp, any participant whose presence by way of conduct is deemed by the Camp Manager or Camp Co-ordinator to be detrimental to the best interests of the Camp or its other participants. In such instances, no refunds will be made and any additional costs involved, including transportation, will be at the parent’s/guardian’s expense.

The Camp will operate to the highest safety standards. Leinster Rugby shall not be responsible for any illness, disease, accident, travel delays or loss of property unless occasioned by the willful act of negligence on the part of the Camp or its employees.

Players who have particular health requirements must notify the Camp of the same in writing upon application. Any injuries incurred on the Camp will be at cost of the parent/guardian, not Leinster Rugby.

Please note that all personal belongings are the responsibilty of each participant and Leinster Rugby will not be responsible for the loss or replacement of any misplaced belongings.

Photographs and videos may be taken over the duration of the Camp and will only be used for promotional purposes by Clontarf Rugby Club and Leinster Rugby.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, the ticket fee will not be refunded. No refund will be made once the camp has commenced.
