Let’s Talk Mental Health in the Workplace

A must attend event for those concerned with Culture, Well-being, Inclusion, Future of Work 

An event aimed at creating dialogue with senior professionals as they identify the supports and structures needed to improve their organisation's Mental Health strategy.

This year there will be a special focus on Putting Empathy & inclusion at the Heart of the New Workplace

The event will include a combination of presentations and panel discussions....with plenty of time allocated to interactive Q&A sessions. We will maximise the opportunity presented by the virtual event format and bring international speakers to our audience. This will be our most compelling agenda to date.

Afternoon Session 2.00pm -4.30pm is aimed at HR professionals and wellness teams.

Our special guest for the afternoon is CEO, Author and TED Speaker, Margaret Heffernan. The author of 6 books, her 3rd book "Wilful Blindness: Why we Ignore the Obvious at our Peril" was named one of the most important business books of the decade by the Financial Times. Her TED Talks have been seen by over 13 million people.

Margaret recently co-authored The Work Project - which includes an invitation to business leaders and organisations to join an open and collaborative initiative that places healthy work front and centre of a good work and better leadership future.

Margaret will challenge us to explore the issues businesses must navigate in order to prepare for future challenges while creating and retaining a resilient workforce.

Other topics to be discussed during the day include neurodiversity, transgender employees and creating an inclusive, body positive culture.
