Description

A must attend event for those concerned with Culture, Wellbeing, Resilience, Engagement.

An event aimed at creating dialogue with senior professionals as they identify the supports and structures needed to improve their organisation's Mental Health strategy. The event will include a combination of presentations and panel discussions....with plenty of time allocated to interactive Q&A sessions and opportunity to meet and chat with service providers!

Delegates will be seated in tables of 8, facilitating great networking among senior HR practitioners as well as an opportunity to learn from speakers.

TED Talk 1 - New ideas around incorporating exercise to improve Mental Health

Caroline McGuigan, CEO Suicide or Survive sharing implementation of Mental Health training in a large Irish based company. This story is especially inspiring as the organisation was introduced to SOS at Lets Talk Mental Health 2017 and highlights what is possible in a year.

11.40am - 12.20pm

Laya Workplace Culture panel - sharing a vision & learnings from a strategy to empower listeners.

12.30pm - 12.40pm TED Talk 2 Chef discussing not just what we eat, but the importance of how we eat - social interaction etc
