About this event

Online Information Event on LGBTI+ Family Rights, as part of International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia 2021.

Including information on the Children and Family Law Relationships Act, which came into effect last year and further planned legislation in this area.

This event is aimed at LGBTI+ parents, those planning parenthood in the future, to provide information on the legal aspects of pathways to parenthood.

Join the Family Resource Centres & LGBT Ireland online information event to hear from Annemarie Whelan BL and Brendan O’Loughlin, Assistant Registrar General, to discuss the legal pathways available to LGBT parents including the new provisions under the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015.
