Event description
Presented as part of Dublin Festival of History 2021

About this event

Across the island of Ireland, much work has been done to collect and share the stories of LGBTQ+ lives. This panel brings together practitioners who have worked on LGBTQ+ in public history to discuss their work - from grassroots projects to archives and museums.

Speakers include Sara Philips, Dr Richard O'Leary and Dr Maurice Casey.

Please note that a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate and matching photo ID is required in order to attend this event at The Printworks.

**Entry to the event will not be granted without these.**

EU Digital COVID Certificates will be scanned and photo IDs checked prior to entry to the venue. All events will have fixed seating, with audience members seated individually. Mandatory mask-wearing is required for attendees inside the venue, except when seated in the auditorium, and a minimum of 1m social distancing should be observed.

All festival events at The Printworks will also be filmed and broadcast live online and will be available to watch for free - full details will be announced in the coming weeks.

Please be advised that event formats may be subject to change, in line with updated public health guidelines.
