There will also be a chance to buy discounted products from our Sponsors’ range.

The idea is to engage the local community and the Irish coffee culture.

To learn about Specialty Coffee, and to have FUN.

Again this year we have teamed up with the Porterhouse Brewing Company, and we will get some refreshments for you ;)

A DJ will take care of positive vibes during the whole event.

The SP9 Ambassador/Judge will be announced soon. (We will not put all the cards on the table at once) :)

This year we introduce the Wild Card. One of those who did not reach the final or draw to the SP9 Challenge Pass will get a chance to go into the final and compete again. We will draw the lucky person after all elimination rounds.

Finalists will have 10 mins to brew their coffee using their preferred manual brew method.

There will be two final rounds with 3 competitors.

The judges will score the coffees using the Specialty Coffee Association’s World Brewers Cup scoresheet (compulsory round Scoresheet ).
