Life Drawing // A 4 Week Morning Course with Artist Niall Laverty // Starts Wednesday April 13th // 10:00 - 13:00

SKILLSETS is delighted to welcome artist/illustrator Niall Laverty back to BLOCK T Studios for a new Life Drawing Morning Course. Over 4 sessions and working with a live model, students will develop the skills and techniques essential in life drawing.

A series of four weekly classes that will look at how to capture the essence of the pose. Each week we will explore different graphic principles including lines of action, rhythm and exaggeration and shapes to create expressive drawings. This short course is suitable for beginners and also those looking to develop their skills and techniques.

COURSE FEE: €210

** Materials will be supplied, though a small materials list will be sent out if people would prefer to bring their own.

About the Artist:

Niall Laverty is an illustrator / animator. He is co-owner of At it Again! who celebrate Irish writers and their works with fun pocket books and literary gifts. Niall is a part-time lecturer on the Animation course at the National Film School and teaches gesture drawing workshops in the UK, France, Germany and Denmark.

If you cannot attend the workshop we can reschedule your workshop if you inform us up to 21 days prior to the workshop's start date. If you request to reschedule less than 21 days before the workshop starting date we will not be in a position to change the date.
