Description
The Loughcrew Equinox is a unique experience which happens twice a year at the Loughcrew Cairns in Co. Meath. Throughout time people have been gathering to honor and celebrate the sun and these ancient passage tombs. The Equinox is a special time when Cairn T is aligned with the Equinox sun rise.
Tombs are kindly opened by the OPW for Equinox sun rise on the 19th 20th and 21st of March 2018.
