Event description

Description

This session will cover how organisations and companies of all sizes must develop and communicate an authentic, consistent employer reputation, in order to attract, engage and retain top quality talent.

An employer brand uniquely symbolises a company’s own set of values, its culture and promises.

Fiona will explain how her field of specialty encompasses the full spectrum of the employee life-cycle:- from pre-hire to retire, and works hand-in-hand with carefully crafted talent management plans and aligns with the overall corporate brand.

It is more critical than ever for companies, especially those within the STEM industries, to not only attract top talent, but understand how to keep them engaged and retained for as long as possible.

As well as developing employer brand strategies and campaigns, Fiona will discuss how she trains leaders and managers in how to deliver the employer brand experience - she regards employer branding to be an organisation-wide, cross-functional initiative, and ultimately this has to become embedded into company culture. Employer branding is not a stand-alone endeavour; nor should it be owned by only one department.

Ultimately a strong employer brand contributes significantly to overall competitive edge.

Register now for this free lunchtime session on May 22nd at Republic Of Work.
