This online workshop is hands on learning for everyone using some of the best UX tools to help you understand your dream customer more.

About this event

Getting to understand the mindset of your potential customers is probably one of the most difficult concepts I find for small businesses.

This workshop is for people with no experience or even know what UX is. You might be even nervous about not knowing enough business online, don't worry! This is exactly for you to get started.

We will be taken a well known brand and analysing their customer persona and working with this to help you get a clear view on the concept of UX.

My name is Emer, I am based in Galway, Ireland and very passionate about being human in a digital world. I started in IT way back in 2000 (https://www.linkedin.com/in/emercarr/) and even had my first Apple Mac when I was just 14. I've always loved tech but more importantly, I am fascinated by how your mindset creates our reality and came across the concepts of Yin & Yang through Aikido in my college days in 1999. Now they all blend together.

My mission in life it to help create a more Ethical approach to business online and how we say human in a digital world.
