“Business and Financial Education are vitally important if one is to succeed in the cut and thrust world we live in today. Throughout my formative years I was told that hard work would deliver the success I desired, but if that were true all the hard working business people I know would be successful, and they are not! I have learned that it is HOW one sets up one's business and HOW one prosecutes one's financial life that delivers far more success than simply "hard work" alone. Pat has a proven track record in delivering to his clients both one-to-one and group Business Coaching and I would urge anyone interested in improving the outcome of their business efforts to speak with Pat to see how he may be able to assist you.” Paul Ovary – Author and financial coach

“Many of my clients have attended Pat’s coaching programmes over a protracted period and have improved their businesses as a result of identifying their own strengths and weaknesses, developing inner powers and organising accordingly.” Pat Finucane, Senior Projects Director, FDC Accountants

“Pat is one of Irelands leading motivational and inspirational leaders and speakers. He has spoken at our large Powerteam Personal Development Seminars and we got a great reaction to his delivery. I have heard Pat speak on a wide range of topics and each time, there was always something new, value that I could use. Even when speaking to a large group, Pat seems to be speaking to you personally.

If you want to make long term progress towards your goals and dreams, I highly recommend attending one of Pat's Seminars or contacting him for a consultation.” Victoria Whitehead

Adrian O’Sullivan is a native of Clonakilty, West Cork and began working with Germany’s largest auctioneering chain DSI Ireland in 1990, just after the Berlin Wall had fallen, gaining experience in the property market all over Germany.

In 1992, Adrian returned to Ireland, and set up Dr. Stange International, Ireland and recruited 30 auctioneering firms that operated as partners, introducing suitable Irish properties to European Buyers. During this time, Adrian bought several trophy properties for investors including Garnish Island, Parknasilla, Co. Kerry and Castlehyde House, Mallow, Co. Cork, now home to the dancer Michael Flatley as well as developing several properties in the Leipzig area in Germany with German partners.

Between 1996 and 2003 he owned bars, restaurants, and night clubs in Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the USA.

In 2004, Adrian returned to Berlin and set up European Property Investments (EPI) with several partners. In the following years, EPI and its subsidiaries in Germany and in Ireland created several investment vehicles, including closed, syndicated and income-generating funds, primarily aimed at non-German investors wishing to invest in the German property market.

These investment vehicles were structured for both individual and institutional investors and sometimes took the form of private-public partnerships with German state governments.

At their peak, EPI and its subsidiaries managed in excess of 300 Million Euro of client funds.

The German economy was less affected than other economies during the downturn in the world economies in 2009-2012, however, as most of EPI’s clients were Ireland and UK based, Adrian saw much of the business he had grown disappear. Luckily, EPI had begun developing its own real estate projects and this sustained the business.

During this difficult period Adrian saw the rise of new Tech-companies, like Uber, Facebook, and WhatsApp, which continued to lose money while still being valued in the hundreds of millions.

This concept intrigued Adrian and he researched a lot of ventures before deciding to invest in an incredible opportunity, the Olive Group, which was set up in 2006 by Mr Brendan Kavanagh. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, and employing 350 people in 12 countries.

Olive Group develops high-end courses and digital content. It has developed its own suite of eLearning platforms using the latest technologies including virtual reality and artificial intelligence.

The company transforms businesses and peoples’ lives and is on a mission to make learning universally available by providing the highest quality learning solutions at the lowest cost.

Olive Group has trained more than two million people across the world with digital learning content in 27 languages. The Olive Group believes that education is a human right.

A keen sports fan, Adrian has helped develop Irish Sports in Berlin and

can be seen bringing the joy of Hurling to young Irish and German kids on Sunday mornings through Setanta Berlin GAA Club.

Adrian has played a prominent role in expanding the relationship between Germany and Ireland and is the current President of the German Irish Council. In December 2019, Adrian was awarded the Irish Business Network Germany - Annual Award for Exceptional Contribution to Irish German Relations.

Best known as one of the pioneers of hip hop with his song 1979 release of the song “Street Talk” (Madam Rapper) by his band Funky Constellation, as well as being the author of the Harlem-based Devil Barnett series of detective novels,

Teddy Hayes is a talented force in several creative fields. His experiences range from working as a scriptwriter for Melvin Van Peebles and directing music videos to writing and producing plays and musical shows.

An accomplished singer and composer, Hayes has written music inspired by the Devil Barnett books and is the creative force behind a touring stage tribute to the work of Marvin Gaye.

Hayes attended Cleveland State University (CSU), majoring in film and television studies, and completed a four-year degree in three years.

He began writing short plays while still an undergraduate but decided to make his career in journalism. Hayes served for two years as editor of the Vindicator, the alternative newspaper published by and for the black student body of CSU. He also spent his summers working as a reporter for a black newspaper, the Cleveland Call and Post.

This early work experience convinced Hayes that journalism was not the right career choice. At university, he said in a 2003 interview with British newspaper the Voice, he had discovered filmmaking and creating a story and images.

Teddy was born in, the only child of Ernest and Evelyn Hayes.

His parents divorced when he was five, and Hayes grew up living with his mother, stepfather, and five younger siblings. He attended several elementary and junior high schools, including Anton Gridina, where Arsenio Hall was a classmate, and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1971.

Hayes was interested in music from an early age and began performing with vocal groups in his early teens, despite his lack of formal musical training. “I was in the band; supposed to be playing clarinet, but I was the worst player ever”

Hayes said in an interview with Contemporary Black Biography (CBB), citing his problems learning to read music. It was later, as an adult, that Hayes learned to play the piano, driven by his desire to compose songs he pursued Interests in Film and Writing.

Music was not the only passion Hayes began to pursue in high school: he was also an avid reader and, inspired by his growing interest in films and plays, a member of the drama club.

I wouldn’t go to the classes I hated, like science. I was in the library reading detective stories. I started reading Agatha Christie and Sherlock Holmes when I was 14years old: nobody else in my neighborhood was into them; I was the odd man out in that respect.

Worked with Melvin Van Peebles

When legendary producer Quincy Jones was secured as a celebrity fundraiser for the community action agency, Hayes was sent to California as liaison.

New opportunities opened for Hayes on the West Coast. Jones commissioned Hayes to write the introduction for the Brothers Johnson songbook, and Hayes was introduced to cult film and theater director Melvin Van Peebles, who invited him to visit his production office in New York.

Teddy Hayes accolades could cover many chapters, between writing books, making movies, theatre

Vindicator, editor, 1970s; Cleveland Call and Post, part-time reporter, 1970s; WSWS television station, Cleveland, OH, part-time film processor and editor, 1970s; community action agency, Dayton, OH, short filmmaker and communications officer, 1970s; worked with Quincy Jones, 1970s; Roberta Flack world tour, tour manager, 1976; Melvin Van Peebles Productions, writing assistant and office manager; theatrical producer, 1980s-; scriptwriter, 1987-; worked as freelance writer and music video director in New York,

completing projects for Don King and ABC Television, 1980s-1990s; Vroom Vroom Vroom, actor, 1995; author, 1998-; taught creative writing in London, 1990s

In 2003 he completed work on an original musical show, The Baskerville Beast, based on The Hound of Baskerville by Sir Arthur Conan-Doyle which will appear in a unique double performance in May 2010, at The Rose Theatre Bankside, one of London’s oldest and most prestigious. Theatres.
