Description
This course enables participants to define a hands-on approach to improve compliance with sustainability standards on supplier and sub-supplier level. We will reflect the drivers that make sustainable supply chains desirable for various stakeholders and today’s dominant approaches to individually and collectively influence (sub)supplier practices and behavior. We will discover key flaws in these approaches and take supplier positions to reflect on major barriers. We will engage in (sub)supplier management processes and in various ways how to link with procurement strategies and practices.
Through interactive lectures, hands-on simulations and engaging group exercises, you will familiarize with concepts, tools and approaches that enable you to achieve desired impact in your supply chain.
