Times: 9.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m



The videoconference will run through Microsoft Teams.

You will need a PC with audio/video, Internet, and room for the practical side. Make sure you are running a browser (google chrome, firefox, etc) and the Teams application is installed.

You will receive an invitation from the designated tutor.

As we are all aware, going forward, there will be new norms of social distancing and new policies to be implemented. The future of training is Online.

It is, also, one of the most advanced food safety courses available and is very highly regarded in the catering industry. It is suited to business owners, Executive Chefs and those responsible for implementing and managing a HACCP/Food Safety system.

Management of Food Hygiene and HACCP Level 3 Training - The Essential Guide to HACCP Compliance:

The program will be followed by a 2 hour written examination.

There will also be a project that the participants are required to submit 2 weeks after the completion of the course. This counts for 40% of the marks. The project is based on developing a small HACCP system, which is based on a menu of your choice.

Successful candidates will be awarded a Guardian Safety Certificate - pending IIRSM (International Institute of Risk & Safety Management) certification, based on a pass rate of 50%.
