We all, sometimes, struggle with negative emotions when trying to be productive. Boredom, frustration, anxiety, malaise, even sadness & fear often strike – and much of this is down to negative self-talk. The changes in our working world have magnified this for many people. Social distancing and working from home mean many of us need to be consistently self-motivated – and a big part of that is managing our emotions alongside the narrative we tell ourselves.

Jayson Moran is a coaching psychologist who helps people have more impact by increasing their effectiveness. He helps people to: better understand themselves, what it is they want, and what’s getting in the way both practically and psychologically. He has a particular interest in issues such as procrastination, motivation, confidence and change.
