About this event
Teagasc, Nua na Mara and Údarás na Gaeltachta are organising a 4 part Marine Resources Programme. This programme focuses on utilising the resources in the marine sector, such as seaweed and fisheries by-product to generate value added products beyond food and feed applications. World Class researchers, experts and industry personnel will deliver these informational sessions to those of you with an interest in the circular blue economy, new value added products and applications, and waste to value applications.
This in person event will host industry experts in Seaweed and Fisheries, alongside the research opportunities in teagasc. This event will also host a tour of the facilities and the opportunities at Teagasc for commercial projects.
