This live online training will help you develop your interpersonal and communication skills at all levels in the organisation.

About this Event

When good communication is practiced, it improves client care, staff morale and working relationships. It also decreases workplace conflict caused by gaps in communication, inactive listening or cultural differences.

This online session focuses on your key competencies for face-to-face and written communications to ensure you can understand what is being communicated to you; how to respond and how to communicate clearly and with purpose.

Learn these practical skills to ensure more effective and impactful communications.

In this 3 hour live online workshop (via Zoom), you will learn:

  • The 7 C’s of Communication
  • To identify and remove the barriers to effective communication
  • The difference between verbal and non-verbal communication
  • To overcome language and cross-cultural barriers
  • The difference between active versus inactive listening
  • Key listening skills
  • The barriers and obstacles to effective listening

This interactive session will have the facility for individual exercises, group discussion and role play as appropriate.

Training materials will be made available post training.

A short break is incorporated during the session.
