Amy has built a thriving business around personal training. She has helped hundreds of people to achieve their health and fitness goals through 1-1 coaching and group coaching and challenges. Amy believes that how we feel about ourselves has a massive impact on our self esteem and beliefs. An integral part of Amy’s training focuses on habit building, gratitude and self awareness. Amy is really inspired by her clients and she feels very privileged to be able to support them on their journey.


Rachael’s background is in Education where she has worked at Primary level since 2003. She has a huge amount of experience with children and parents working in both mainstream and Special Education. In 2018 Rachael gained her Diploma in Personal & Business Coaching with the Irish Lifecoach Institute (QQI Level 6, Distinction). Rachael has coached people in every aspect of their lives including career, relationships, fitness and health. However, Rachael’s real passion is still focused on children and how she can empower the people who spent the most time with them - their Parents!

Rachael has a Certificate in Parent Coaching and works with parents on a one to one basis coaching them on parenting challenges, improving family life and building confidence in parenting decisions. She hosts workshops and events on a range of family topics including promoting positive behaviour, family values, empowering parents and managing challenging behaviour.
