About this event

Health is a series of lifestyle choices, and when approached in the right way it doesn’t need to be forced or stressful - in fact it ought to be effortless. This is exactly why approaching your health from a holistic perspective is so powerful, for when you do, you learn to work with your body instead of against it, and those lifestyle choices become easy and effortless. As you work on one area, the effects trickle into all others: your emotional health supports your physical health which supports your mental health which supports your spiritual health, and vice versa.

This workshop is for you if you:

  • Struggle to maintain healthy lifestyle choices
  • Have started your healing journey and know the change that needs to happen but struggle to implement it
  • Want sustainable health
  • Don’t feel good in your body
  • Feel like your emotions are out of control
  • Have struggled with your mental health in the past
  • Feel unhealthy

Living a healthy balanced lifestyle doesn’t need to be a chore, and it definitely doesn’t need to take over your life. Anything that difficult is unsustainable - it will never last in the long term. Approaching your health from a holistic perspective means working with the different aspects of your being to support each other, thus creating a strong internal support system.

  • The 5 bodies and how to nourish them
  • The 5 keys for nurturing the 5 bodies
  • How to make holistic health work for you – not you working for it

It is up to YOU and only you to make the lifestyle choices that support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, for although we live in a society that doesn’t necessarily support these, if we repeatedly choose to do things that are good for our health then they become part of our new culture. Your decisions hold more power than you realize, for through making these choices, we normalize prioritizing mental and emotional wellbeing, therefore changing the world for the better.
