About this event

Transitioning back to work from maternity leave can be a challenging time for many women. There’s often a range of emotions – from anxiety to excitement. Some individuals are looking forward to getting back to work whilst others feel anxious about leaving their baby, and of course for many, it’s a mixture of both.

There’s lots we can do to make the transition back to work less stressful, and you don’t have to do it alone.

This 3-hour interactive virtual workshop will support you to make a confident return to work. We'll cover |

  • Managing Guilt
  • Crucial Conversations
  • Managing your energy and looking after yourself

You'll also get the chance to talk to others who are at the same stage as you and you’ll get a workbook to take away that’s crammed full of additional tips and resources.

There are many paths to parenthood, so this session is for you regardless of how you’ve become a Mum. You can attend this workshop at any stage from just before you’re due to return, to up to 12 months post return, regardless of the path to parenthood you’ve taken.
