MAX specialise in emPowering staff to minimise conflict and maximise customer relations. This is a specialist course where you will learn in a fun, fast-paced environment how to handle your challenging intimidating situations and stay safe at all times. You will learn how to defuse and control situations and will leave immediately emPowered with new skills which you can use straight away.
In a fun and supportive atmosphere we will make sure you are empowered to handle your difficult situations.

- You learn how to deliver effective boundary setting techniques
- You then do it under pressure, whilst you are fully supported in the moment, by a coach standing by your side - as it happens

This is a great opportunity to experience a Practical Relevant and Realistic course which will emPower you and/or your staff and keep them safe. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Derby Train Station is very easy to get to and the venue is but a short walk away. Details of how to get to the venue will be provided upon receipt of order. There is also car parking available.
