How do you get started?

You can sign-up to try this Beginners Intro Class for €15, at the end of the class if you want to join you can!

After the class you can join by paying €50 for your first month of training, then you'll get:

• Your free club t-shirt

• Access to weekly class in Maynooth and/or Celbridge

• Free 2 hour session on the last Saturday of each month

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Car parking available on site, local bus route serves this location

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring water, a small towel, and wear workout attire
