Keen to eat more veg? This demo workshop is for you! Learn how to make healthy, filling and delicious food that would satisfy even the most arduous carnivore.
With 50 years of being vegetarian between us, we want to share our secrets of how we make the food we eat interesting, exciting and satisfying. We will demonstrate a combination of cooking styles; raw, fermented, pickled, grilled and roasted, with an emphasis on building texture and flavour to create recipes which are delicious, have a high nutritional content and are easily achieved for the home cook.
This workshop will be demo-style and will run for around 2.5 hours, expect lots of delicious food and a recipe booklet to take home with everything we have made on the night.
