Men Moving on the Water 2021

Men Moving on the Water is a learn to Kayak programme for Men in Longford.

It will take place at Clondra Harbour. It will aim to encourage men into the sport of kayaking and making use of some of Longford's great water amenities for exercise and recreation.

You will learn kayaking skills and can achieve Canoe Ireland level one and level two Kayak proficiency skills certification.

The programme will run over four weeks at 7 pm beginning Thursday the 17th of Junes

You don't need to be a strong swimmer but should feel reasonably comfortable in the water. (You will be wearing a wetsuit and buoyancy aid making flotation easier)

The 4 week programme costs €30 and will include the use of all equipment
