Learn how to integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Self - Compassion into your life to help manage and alleviate two common and difficult clinical conditions: Anxiety and Depression.

This one day Mental Health boot camp will focus on learning key CBT and Self- Compassion skills in a fun and engaging way. Learn how to use these two effective tools for the management and treatment of Anxiety and Depression.

CBT has long been cited as an evidence - based, stand - alone treatment, particularly for anxiety and depression. The development of a Self- Compassion daily practice has been shown to reduce stress in the body, increase self- acceptance and counteracts the harsh and punitive effects of self- criticism. Self - criticism we now know can contribute to self- isolation and often occurs with depression.

Learn about CBT, its uses and how to apply it to daily life. Learn about the neurobiology of Self - Compassion and develop the skills to help you understand, manage and alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. Most importantly, learn how to feel better, have more fun in life, and feel calmer and more resilient.

This one day boot camp is an abbreviated version of the 6 week CBT course that Suzanne has recently presented.
