Join us at Conrad Dublin on Wednesday 27th March from 6pm, for an exclusive masterclass hosted by Michelin Star Chef Eddie Benghanem.

Chef Benghanem heads the pastry kitchen of both "La Véranda by Gordon Ramsay" and the "Gordon Ramsay au Trianon" restaurants at the prestigious Waldorf Astoria Trianon Palace, Versailles.

With Easter just around the corner, Chef Benghanem will bring his expertise and French touch to host a one-hour unique chocolate masterclass in the stylish surroundings of Conrad Dublin.

Learn how to make a delicious ganache and create exquisite chocolate truffles from a reknown Michelin Star, French Chef and recreate his recipes at home.

The event will include a demonstration from Chef Benghanem and Chef Brizaida Hernandez, Pastry Chef of Conrad Dublin; you will be given the opportunity to try your skills at chocolate "enrobage" (coating) and "trempage" (soaking) while enjoying award winning Irish whiskey.

Take home a box of your very own handmade chocolates (assuming you can resist the temptation to eat them all while you’re here!).
