Organiser Shubh Connections

Organiser of Mindful Living Course

Shubh Connections is a Health & Wellness Organisation with an aim to helping people to make their minds their best friends through the practice of Mindfulness. We Facilitate MBSR 8 weeks course, Mindful Living 6 weeks course, and Mindful Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga Classes. A special programme to help expectant and New Parents is available to prepare their minds through the 9 Module course "Mindful Mamas and Papas".

The main Facilitator Aparna Shukla is a Certified MBSR, Mindfulness & Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, a qualified Nurse, Midwife with a Masters Degree in Nursing. Aparna combines scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom. Aparna's Mission is to serve people by helping them to look after their bodies and mind and make their minds their best friends.
